And the stability of LED display play a important role in whole process, especially the rental series of performance activities. In order to achieve variety of display effect.needs frequently change screen splicing model. Not only the display has the requirement to easy installation and debugging , but also has the high stability. Then how to improve the stability of rental LED stage screen? Three aspects from material selection,system control scheme,display working state to illustrate.

The key material to decide the stability of display screen work contain LED lights,drive IC,power supply,power supply signal connector and excellent structure design. Our requirement for material selection is that: the international famous brands,with higher than industry standard to test, and variety requirements of protecting function. Such as the selection of switch power supply:overheating protection, AC input needs support wide voltage,surge resistance. DC output needs over voltage,over current protection. At the same time the structure design needs to ensure the cabinet beautiful and fashionable, and ensure the good cooling way and fast way of joining together.

Every section of System control scheme has the hot backup functions, including video sending and receiving devices,signal transmission cables ,etc.which can guarantee some point of system appear some unexpected situation,system can automatically diagnose and at very fast speed switching to the backup device working, and whole switch process will not affect the display effect. For example, in order to meet the stage demand,display screen needs to be move and splicing model on live show. For example, when the internal temperature of a cabinet is higher because of environment or other factors.under no timely solved state, the cabinet internal power over temperature protection will happen at any time.If in this case to monitor display working state, which will be by system adjusted automatically to reduce screen internal temperature. When intelligent adjustment can not up to the goal of reducing temperature.the system will alarm by staff set, offering the location of abnormal cabinet, and informing staff to handle in time.Ensure the normal work of the screen.
